1. Service Overview
Leaf Leads ("we," "us," or "our"), operated by RXR Media, provides tree service direct mail campaign fulfillment services including design, printing, targeting, postage purchasing, and USPS delivery through leaf-leads.com. By placing an order through our platform, you agree to these terms.
2. Ordering & Payment
All orders are placed through our self serve portal and require full payment at the time of submission via Stripe. Prices are calculated based on your account's per flyer rate, the number of residential addresses on selected carrier routes, and your chosen print type (black & white or full color). Prices are subject to change. Once payment is processed and the order is submitted, it enters our production queue.
3. Fulfillment & Timeline
Orders are typically fulfilled within our standard weekly cadence. Flyers are printed, prepared, and delivered to the designated USPS post office for distribution. While we make every effort to meet estimated timelines, delivery to mailboxes is ultimately dependent on USPS processing and carrier schedules. We do not guarantee specific delivery dates. Typical timeline from order to mailbox delivery is 7–14 business days.
4. Artwork & Design
You may upload your own artwork or provide a design file through the portal. By uploading artwork, you represent that you have the right to use all content in your design, including images, logos, and text. We are not responsible for errors in customer provided artwork. If you require design services, contact us to discuss custom design options.
5. Route Selection & Targeting
Carrier route data is sourced from the USPS and is subject to change. Residential and business counts are estimates provided by USPS and may vary slightly from actual delivery counts. We fulfill orders based on the routes selected at the time of order. Actual flyer counts may be adjusted to match USPS route requirements.
6. Refunds & Cancellations
Orders that have entered production cannot be cancelled or refunded. If an order has not yet entered production, you may request a cancellation by contacting us at hello@leaf-leads.com. Refund decisions are made on a case by case basis. We are not responsible for USPS delivery failures, delays, or undeliverable mail caused by incorrect targeting, post office errors, or carrier issues beyond our control.
7. Account & Data
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. We store your order history, selected routes, and uploaded artwork to provide our services. We do not sell your data to third parties. For questions about data handling, contact us at hello@leaf-leads.com.
8. Limitation of Liability
Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific order in question. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services, including but not limited to lost revenue, lost leads, or business interruption. EDDM campaign results (response rates, lead generation) are not guaranteed and depend on many factors outside our control.
9. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. Material changes will be communicated via email to registered users.
