Information We Collect
When you create an account or place an order, we collect your name, email address, phone number (optional), company name, and payment information (processed securely by Stripe, we never store credit card numbers). We also collect order data including selected carrier routes, zip codes, flyer counts, and uploaded artwork files. When you browse our site, we may collect standard web analytics data including IP address, browser type, and pages visited.
How We Use Your Information
We use your information to process and fulfill your EDDM orders, communicate with you about your orders and account, provide customer support, improve our services, and send you marketing communications (which you can opt out of at any time). We use carrier route data from the USPS public database to provide route selection and demographic targeting features.
Information Sharing
We do not sell your personal information. We share your information only with service providers necessary to fulfill your orders: Stripe (payment processing), USPS (mail delivery), FedEx (shipment tracking), and our printing partners. We may disclose information if required by law or to protect our rights.
Data Storage & Security
Your data is stored securely using industry standard encryption. Account passwords are hashed using bcrypt. Payment processing is handled entirely by Stripe and is PCI compliant. Uploaded artwork files are stored in secure cloud storage. We retain your order history and account data for as long as your account is active.
Cookies & Tracking
We use essential cookies to maintain your login session. We may use analytics tools to understand how our site is used and to improve our services. We may use Meta (Facebook) Pixel for advertising measurement and optimization if you arrive through one of our ads.
Your Rights
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information at any time by contacting us at hello@leaf-leads.com. You may delete your account by contacting us. You may opt out of marketing communications at any time.
